Beta Terms

Simple rules for testing Plot Luck.

These terms describe the current closed-beta expectations in plain language. The beta can change as systems are tested and corrected.

1. Closed-beta access

Access may require a VIP Pass or other developer-approved beta path. Access can be limited, paused, or changed while security, capacity, and gameplay are being tested.

2. Virtual Plots are game objects

A Plot is a virtual game area. Claiming or upgrading a Plot does not create ownership, lease rights, access rights, title, or any other interest in physical real estate.

3. Game units and rewards

Neons, items, tickets, keys, movement resources, and other beta rewards are game units. The current player-facing beta does not promise a fixed cash conversion, cashout right, investment return, or guaranteed financial value.

4. Fair use

Do not exploit security weaknesses, manipulate another player’s account or Plots, automate abusive requests, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass access restrictions. Report security problems through the closed-beta contact route instead of abusing them.

5. Advertising

Do not repeatedly click ads, encourage artificial ad interaction, or use automation to generate ad activity. Advertising may be unavailable or marked “Coming Soon” while providers are reviewed or integrated.

6. Player-uploaded images

Only upload an image you have the right to use. Do not upload illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, deceptive, or rights-infringing content. A Signature image applied to a Plot is intended to be visible to other players on the shared map.

7. Beta changes

Gameplay balance, Plot values, inventory, tutorials, visual effects, availability, security rules, and experimental systems may change during beta. Bugs can occur. Beta changes are made to improve the game and protect player data.

8. Account responsibility

Keep account credentials private. Plot Luck support will not ask for your password. Account data is associated with a Firebase UID, so preserving the correct UID matters when recovering or upgrading an early beta account.

9. Contact

Use the route described on the Contact Us page for beta support, account problems, privacy requests, or security reports.
